Festival Dates & Times
Saturday, June 14, 2025 through Wednesday, June 18, 2025
The first mass rehearsal of the festival will begin Saturday at 5pm at National City Christian Church (Thomas Circle, D. C.). Choirs need to arrive into D.C. by midday on Saturday in order to be ready and on time for the first rehearsal. The Grand Concert is Wednesday, June 18, at 6pm at the Washington National Cathedral. Concert will be completed by 9pm.
Of course, groups may come to D. C. in the days prior to Festival or remain afterward to sight-see or perform mission projects. Most groups will plan their return travel on Thursday, June 19.
2025 Nation’s Capital Festival Details
Daily rehearsal venue is National City Christian Church on Thomas Circle, six blocks north of the White House.
Grand Concert final rehearsal with orchestra and Grand Concert performance is at the Washington National Cathedral.
A walk-in concert is planned at the St. Matthew the Apostle Cathedral within walking distance of the rehearsal venue.

Regular Registration: $324.00 per student, director, accompanist, and adult chaperone
Regular Registration Fee is good through December 31, 2024. Your $324.00 per person fee is locked in by your registration and deposit, even if you add more singers later on.
Special Discount Opportunity: $274.00 per participant
Save $50 per person by being among the first ten (10) choirs to register and making the $1,000 deposit (nonrefundable) by August 31, 2024. You lock in your participation fee at $274 per person, even if you add more singers after August 31.
To receive the $50 per person discount, you must be among the first ten choirs to register (with deposit), and your registration must be completed by August 31. The special discount ends after ten choirs have registered or on August 31, whichever comes first.
Late Registration: $374.00 per participant
For registrations that take place any time between January 1 and February 28, 2025.
Here is what’s included in your Participation Fee:
- All festival rehearsals and venue rentals
- Grand Concert at the Washington National Cathedral
- Professional orchestra accompaniment
- Professionally produced livestream of the Grand Concert
- Festival tee shirts
Not included in the participation fee:
- Transportation to and from DC
- Ground transportation in DC
- Lodging
- Meals
- Festival repertoire octavos
A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of all registrations.
(Early bird) The first 10 choirs registered (and all choirs registered on June 10, 2024) will receive $50 per person discount off the Regular Participation Fee of $324. The $1,000 nonrefundable deposit must be paid at time of registration in order for registration to be complete and to qualify for the discount. This special offer ends after 10 choirs register or on August 31, whichever comes first.
Regular Registration: $324.00 per person unless among first 10 choirs to register through December 31.
Late Registration: $374.00 per person (January 1 – February 28, 2025)
Registration closes: March 1, 2025
On February 1, 2025, 50% of the balance is due, using updated participation numbers.
May 1, 2025 the final balance is due.
The nine anthems are to be memorized prior to arrival at the Festival on June 14, 2025.

Registration
Festival Registration is now open and will continue through February 28, 2025. There are price incentives for early registrations, and we encourage you to act early and take advantage of the lower prices. Please use the buttons below to fill out the registration form and then to pay your deposit.
Special consideration for those registering on Monday, June 10: All choirs registering on June 10, 2024 will be considered among the first ten (10) to register, even if you are not actually among the first ten to register. Yes, we will guarantee the lowest participation fee of $274.00 per person if you register on June 10 and make the $1,000 nonrefundable deposit at the same time!
